Shelley has been in Mt Pleasant for over 30 years. She is married and has two boys, 20 and 17. Shelley grew up in Clare learning the importance of hard work and commitment from her mother and father who owned a dairy farm. Shelley has learned the value of good customer service. Shelley studied business at Central Michigan University; she is a graduate of the Raleigh Denison Leadership Institute. She was on the advisory board for Big Brothers Big Sisters for Isabella County. She is currently the treasurer for the Vocal Music Boosters Organization and Parent Volunteer Coordinator. She was licensed in 2015 and joined Coldwell Banker in October. She has since obtained her ABR, and SRS designations. She was on the Banquet committee for two years. She has been Secretary of the Education Committee for two years and will be Committee Chair in 2018.
