In her first year as a Real Estate Agent, Carrie sold over 27 properties and did close to 3 million dollars in sales (2016). She was honored to receive the rising star award from the Central Michigan Board of Realtors. Receiving Top 3 in Isabella County in 2017, 2019 and 2020 and welcoming a huge award from Coldwell Bankers 30 Under 30. Carrie Thodoroff was born and raised in Isabella County. She previously worked as a manager at Jon's Drive-In but knew she wanted more from her career. She started in Real Estate in November 2015. It was here where she has found her true passion. With over 20+ million dollars in sales and over 160 closings in her first four years. Carrie has no doubt that Real Estate was the best decision she has made. Update: She has now opened her new office: The Carrie T. Collection/eXp Realty LLC and has her assocaite brokers license, and mentoring numerous agents.
